Siracusa, also
sometimes known as Syracuse, is located in thee
South-Eastern corner of the island of Sicily
Sicilia, on the Ionian coast, The city of Siracusa
is basically built on a ancient Greek settlement
dating back to 734 BC.
Attractions
wise, Siracusa has a lovely Greek amphitheatre,
an archeological park, The Saint Venera Quarry
and Capuchin Quarry.
Syracuse is
simply excellent for its architecture from days
long gone and the ciyt has a charming atmosphere
and is coastal. There are loads of great beaches
and just like many parts of Italy, there are
some great restaurants and local foods.
